Each volunteer in an activity interacting with children, youth, or developmentally disabled or physically disabled adults should complete a Request for Criminal History Information pursuant to the Child/Adult Abuse Information Act, RCW 43.43.830 – 845. The document must be presented to the appropriate state agency and the agency must have approved the volunteer prior to the volunteer beginning the activity.
